How does booking work?
Booking is simple. 
Most first-time clients book a 1-hour session to see how the process works. This also allows us to gauge where the student is academically. However, feel free to book a longer session if needed!
Select the subject the student needs assistance with. Currently tutoring is offered in mathematics, chemistry, and physics.
Select a booking time. Choose a time and day that works best for you and we will try to schedule it for you. This time slot will become the regular time for our lessons.

Once I book a session, what happens next?
Once you book a session your tutor will show up at your requested location at the session start time and will stay for the duration of the session. 

Can I book multiple sessions at once?
Yes of course! Infrequent or ad-hoc lessons are usually of limited value to the student unless they have a short-term goal such as a school entrance examination. Students generally commit to the remaining duration of the current or upcoming school year as that extended support has greater benefit both academically and in terms of confidence and enjoyment. Most current students are multi-year clients so long-term lessons are popular!

Does the tutor provide lessons for the session?
Most of the time, the student has enough material to go through to last the entire session length. If the student is having trouble grasping theory and concepts, we will go through the course lessons and textbook. We can also provide lessons and extra course material on special request.

What if I have to reschedule or cancel my booking?
Lesson cancellation or rescheduling is only accepted in extreme circumstances and will not be accepted for reasons other than injury or illness, absence from Hong Kong, or prearranged activities. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson. This is to ensure we have a schedule with no last minute changes to guarantee availability to as many students as possible.

What are the arrangements for unavoidable bad weather?
No lessons will take place during a Black Rain Storm Warning Signal or a Typhoon 8, 9, or 10 Warning Signal. These lessons will be rescheduled where possible with no penalty.

How is lesson payment arranged?
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, by using PayMe or FPS, or by cheque.
